Boutique Manager 

Leadership Role | Strategic + Sales-Focused Position

We’re looking for an experienced and business-minded Boutique Manager to lead our Hamilton CBD store. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who brings both polish on the floor and strength behind the scenes — someone who thrives in boutique retail and wants to work closely with ownership on the continued growth and success of the store.

What You’ll Bring to True

  • 3+ years of experience in fashion retail and/or leadership 

  • Proven ability to lead a small team, coach for performance, and drive sales growth

  • Confidence in sales reporting, rostering, and stock flow management

  • A blend of commercial thinking and boutique-level service

  • A warm, proactive, and detail-focused approach

  • A genuine desire to work in partnership with the owner, contributing to both daily operations and long-term outcomes
