Marketing Creative / Website Design Manager 

Role Overview:

The Marketing Creative / Website Design Manager will be responsible for leading our digital content strategy, creating engaging multimedia content, and managing website design projects to enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing: 
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, writing compelling copy, and selecting appropriate targeting criteria.
    • Manage email lists and segmentation to ensure targeted messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Monitor key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated from email campaigns.
    • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Digital Content Creation:
    • Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and infographics, aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and website.
  • Website Design & Management:
    • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring functionality, user experience, and aesthetic appeal.
    • Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement, optimise performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Content Strategy & Optimisation:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to drive engagement, increase organic traffic, and enhance online visibility.
    • Monitor and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for content optimisation and improvement.
    • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital content creation, website design, and SEO to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Lead and foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to align content and design initiatives with business goals and objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field; 
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in digital content creation, website design, and/or management.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software/tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital content creation, website design, or multimedia production.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Senior Sales Associate

Hours negotiable to suit the perfect candidate

We are looking for another stylist to join our highly dedicated, passionate sales team.

The successful candidate will love all things fashion and people; someone who loves to go above and beyond to provide an exceptional, personalised retail experience. 

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Develop store strategies to increase customer network, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Engage, develop and nurture existing and new customer relationships
  • Be self motivated to go the extra mile to meet store targets 
  • Providing informed feedback to key stakeholders; buyers, marketers, management
  • Maintain beautiful store cleanliness and inviting visual merchandising

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant sales position 
  • Experience valuable but not required; Vend (Lightspeed), Shopify
  • A solid understanding of sales principles and elevated customer service practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow and delegate instruction 
  • A flare for styling and ability to provide an authentic, elevated service for a diverse demographic
