We are a boutique retail store with an ever evolving curation of fashion and lifestyle brands from New Zealand and abroad. Brand & Inventory Coordinator:


Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)


Brand management:

  • Coordinate the seasonal buying and delivery calendars; scheduling buying appointments and maintaining supplier relationships
  • Communicate to and work with key inventory stakeholders, such as buyers and suppliers to plan and maintain the purchasing of effective inventory
  • Work to identify gaps or prevent overflows in upcoming inventory 
  • Communicate upcoming inventory visually for the month ahead to key sales stakeholders such as sales team and buyers

Inventory coordination:

  • Coordinate inward inventory
  • Upload to our point of sale + ecommerce platforms 
  • Coordinate stock room organisation and prepare inventory for merchandising
  • Coordinate revolving stock takes and inventory management solutions
  • Communicate stock levels to key stakeholders, place re orders, delegate to outlet 
  • Be across all our inventory in store

We require

  • Experience in a relevant role; administration, inventory, planning, operations, or a relevant tertiary qualification (completing or completed)
  • Experience (preferred but not required) in Mac, Vend, Shopify, Excel, Photoshop or Go Sweet Spot
  • Highly motivated, organised, methodical
  • Energetic, passionate 
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and propose innovative, effective ideas and solutions
  • Be intuitive, professional and positive

Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Assistant: 


Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Assisting the marketing manager with the following -

  • Designing and planning innovative campaigns to maximise sales opportunities
  • EDM’s
  • Coordinate online dispatch, online customer relations + returns 
  • Styling shoots + assisting with content creation
  • Events
  • Social media management and digital customer relations
  • Maintaining website appearance + content, copywriting, SEO, sourcing imagery, updating layouts
  • Communicating with our google analytics partners 
  • Designing and re ordering marketing collateral
  • Studying insights, engagement and data to communicate to key stakeholders and improve results

We require:

  • Experience in a relevant role; digital marketing, graphic design, styling, photography or a relevant tertiary qualification (completing or completed)
  • Experience (preferred but not required) in Mac, Vend, Shopify, Photoshop, Adobe Suite
  • Passionate and knowledgeable with our brands and offerings
  • Creative, energetic and motivated
  • Collaborative, supportive team player
  • Ability to work autonomously and propose innovative, effective ideas and solutions

Senior Sales Associate 


Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Develop store strategies to increase customer network, expand store traffic and optimise profitability
  • Engage, develop and nurture existing and new customer relationships
  • Meet store targets through self driven motivation, going the extra mile and providing feedback to key stakeholders; buyers, marketers, management
  • Maintain beautiful store cleanliness and inviting visual merchandising
  • Propose innovative ideas to maximise sales 
  • Personify our brand ethos

We require:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant sales position 
  • Experience valuable but not required; Vend, Shopify
  • A solid understanding of sales principles and elevated customer service practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow and delegate instruction 
  • A proven ability to exceed sales quotas 
  • A flare for styling and ability to provide an authentic, elevated service for a diverse demographic
  • A genuine passion for people and the ability to make people feel their best
