Content + Social Media Manager
About the Role
The Content + Social Media Manager is responsible for owning and executing True Store’s digital content across social media and email. This role translates the in-store experience, product drops, and brand identity into considered, on-brand content that drives engagement, connection, and sales.
This is a strategic and creative role suited to someone who can plan ahead, work independently, and confidently make decisions about what content to create, why it matters, and how success is measured.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media

Plan and manage a structured content calendar aligned with brand priorities, campaigns, and new arrivals

Create and publish high-quality content across Instagram (posts, reels, stories)

Ensure all content reflects the True Store brand aesthetic, tone, and values

Capture and style product-focused content in-store or direct content creation where required

Maintain consistency across visuals, captions, and messaging
Strategy & Performance

Use insights, analytics, and customer behaviour to inform content direction

Monitor performance and report on engagement, reach, growth, and contribution to sales
-
Identify what is working, what isn’t, and adjust strategy accordingly
-
Measure success beyond posting frequency, focusing on meaningful outcomes
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

Support or manage EDM planning and execution using Klaviyo (experience preferred)

Assist with segmentation, campaign content, and performance analysis

Ensure alignment between social and email campaigns
About You

Proven experience in content creation and social media management, ideally within fashion or retail

Strong understanding of brand storytelling and visual aesthetics

Confident planning content in advance and working autonomously

Comfortable using analytics to guide decisions and demonstrate impact

Experience with Klaviyo is preferred - not essential

Organised, proactive, and commercially aware

Marketing & Growth Manager

We are seeking a commercially minded Marketing & Growth Manager to shape the strategic direction, performance, and momentum of our marketing activity.
This role is about bringing structure and clarity to how marketing supports sales, stock flow, and customer engagement across retail, e-commerce, and events. You’ll work closely with the founder, guiding execution and ensuring brand activity translates into meaningful commercial outcomes.
