Senior Sales Associate
We are looking for another stylist to join our highly dedicated, passionate sales team. Hours negotiable to suit the perfect candidate
The successful candidate will love all things fashion and people; someone who loves to go above and beyond to provide an exceptional, personalised retail experience.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Engage, develop and nurture existing and new customer relationships
- Be self motivated to go the extra mile to meet store targets
- Assist with developing store strategies to increase customer network
- Lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service to every client.
- Provide styling advice to help customers find the perfect pieces for their wardrobes - whether it’s everyday essentials, trans-seasonal items, or standout travel outfits.
- Part-time roles are available and open to flexible days
- Previous fashion sales or retail experience is preferred.
- Availability to work at least one weekend day in the month is essential.
Required:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a relevant sales position
- Sales Management experience would be of benefit but willing to learn
- Experience valuable but not required; Vend (Lightspeed), Shopify
- A solid understanding of sales principles and elevated customer service practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow and delegate instruction
- A flare for styling and ability to provide an authentic, elevated service for a diverse demographic
- A genuine passion for people and the ability to make people feel their best
- Be energetic, intuitive, professional and positive

Social Media and Content Director - Flexible Hours
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media + Content Director to lead our high-end fashion store's digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing innovative social media and content strategies to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and drive sales. This role requires a creative visionary with strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion, and a deep understanding of the evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media and content strategies aligned with the brand's vision, values, and business objectives.
- Stay across industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure the brand's digital presence remains cutting-edge and competitive.
Content Creation and Curation:
- Oversee the creation of compelling and visually stunning content for various digital platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, influencers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality and on-brand content.
Brand Voice and Messaging:
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels, ensuring messaging aligns with the brand's identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Develop and enforce social media guidelines and best practices for the brand's online presence.
Community Engagement:
- Foster and grow an engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and brand advocacy
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media + EDM campaigns, collaborations, and partnerships to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to optimise future initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilise analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on social media and content performance.
- Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a team of social media managers, content creators, and coordinators.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and collaboration.
