True Store Spring Wardrobe Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

Competition period: 1 September 2026 to 10 September 2026

1. Eligibility

1.1 The competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 16 years or over.
1.2 Employees of True Store, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
1.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

2. How to enter

To enter, participants must:
1. Create a shopping cart on the True Store website containing their preferred spring wardrobe items, with a total value of up to $1,000 NZD.
2. Take a screenshot of their cart.
3. Share the screenshot to their Instagram Stories.
4. Tag @truestorenz in their Story.
5. Follow @truestorenz on Instagram.

2.1 The Instagram account used to enter must be public for the duration of the competition so that True Store can verify the entry.
2.2 Entrants must complete all entry requirements during the competition period to be eligible.
2.3 Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry meets all entry requirements.

3. Competition period

3.1 The competition opens at 12:00am NZT on Tuesday 1 September 2026.
3.2 Entries close at 11:59pm NZT on Thursday 10 September 2026.
3.3 Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.

4. The prize

4.1 One winner will receive their selected True Store spring cart to a maximum value of $1,000 NZD.
4.2 The prize is limited to products available for purchase from True Store at the time the prize is redeemed.
4.3 If the winner's selected cart exceeds $1,000 NZD, the winner may pay the difference.
4.4 If the winner's selected cart is less than $1,000 NZD, the unused balance is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
4.5 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or substituted for a cash alternative.
4.6 Standard shipping within New Zealand is included in the prize. Any additional delivery costs, including international shipping or expedited delivery, are the responsibility of the winner.
4.7 The prize must be redeemed within 30 days of the winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed with True Store.

5. Winner selection

5.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5.2 The draw will take place on Friday 11 September 2026.
5.3 The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @truestorenz Instagram account.
5.4 The winner may be asked to provide reasonable information to verify their eligibility and arrange fulfilment of the prize.

6. If the winner does not respond

6.1 The winner must respond to True Store within 5 days of the initial notification.
6.2 If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, True Store reserves the right to redraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
6.3 The alternative winner will be subject to the same eligibility and verification requirements.

7. Instagram

7.1 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
7.2 By entering, each participant releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability relating to the competition.

8. Entry content

8.1 By sharing an entry to Instagram Stories, entrants confirm that the content they submit is their own or that they have permission to share it.
8.2 True Store may repost or share competition entries on its own Instagram channels for the purposes of promoting the competition and announcing the winner.

9. General

9.1 True Store reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or who attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the competition.
9.2 True Store reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
9.3 True Store's decision regarding the eligibility of entries and administration of the competition is final.
9.4 By entering the competition, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
