INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping costs do not include any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may be applied by your country.

Any duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary between countries, so we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

TRUE Store is required to declare the full value of all international orders and cannot mark orders as gifts or alter the declared value.

If an international order is refused due to customs duties or taxes, any costs incurred by TRUE Store in having the parcel returned to New Zealand may be deducted from your refund.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, including sales, promotions and the pre-Christmas period, processing and delivery may take a little longer.
